As your body continues to relax, I'd like you to imagine that you're standing at the edge of a beautiful, serene forest. The warm sun filters through the trees, casting dappled light onto the soft, moss-covered ground. You can hear the gentle rustle of leaves and the distant call of birds, creating a peaceful symphony that surrounds you.
As you take a step forward into this forest, you notice a winding path that leads deeper into the woods. With each step you take along this path, feel your body and mind relaxing more and more. Let each step count down from 10 to 1, allowing you to drift deeper into relaxation and serenity.
